My sons, 5 & 10 both love this. I also bought this for my 8 year old neice and she loves it. It keeps them all busy for hours. They take it in the car and into restaurants with them. It's fun, creative and not messy.

I had picked up a small scratch art sample pack a few months ago for my two sons, 8 and 9 years old. It was a big hit! They brought it to the doctors office, and were so quiet in the waiting room. They bring it in the car and draw when we're doing errands. They just love it. I think it's much more fun, at least for my kids, than the foil type scratch boards. The black top coat comes off much more easily and the colors or sparkle background are very pretty. I was so impressed with it that I looked all over the internet for the best deal, since I didn't see it in my local arts and crafts store. This site had the best price, so I ordered 7(!) kits for my sons, nieces and nephews for Christmas. I highly recommend it. You can also get more of the wooden styluses if you look in the clay tools area. It's nice to have extras, because they get dull after awhile.
