Excellent for pencil, pen & ink, and airbrush. Good for markers and light washes. 146 lb. heavy weight provides an excellent working surface that resists buckling and feathering. Acid free. Resists yellowing in aging. Available in vellum finish (527K) and smooth finish (528P). Pad of 20 sheets.

works well with my charcoals. it takes shading nicely

Great board for the final illustration; especially for fine detail. Tends to absorb colors in markers, which can be good if you are looking for a richer colkor saturation. Surface stands up well to any media I have tried on it so far.

I like the smooth surface pads. But for a vellum finish I think Strathmore pads are much better.
