Each page in this tablet is worth every penny to me as an illustrator. I like to work mostly in oil markers and blending, mixing, and layering colors is a dream-like experience with this quality paper. I usually start off with a hard pencil roughly tracing my final sketches onto the back of the paper. NOTE: I always use the back of the paper for the final product because it seems to accept the oil marker better and with less bleeding. This paper is most remarkable for the way it reveals the true colors and nuances of oil marker technique, while being very forgiving too. There is rarely any buckling or heaviness as a result of multiple layering. The Bienfang 360 translucent marker paper is a standard item in my supply room. I have trusted it for fifteen years.

This is by far the best sketching surface I have ever found. For pencil, pen, marker. In particular I use it to rough out illustrations that i eventually have to take to another paper for execution. The way it responds to pencil is terrific - sensitive t the lightest touch for shading to the harder touch for saturation. I wish there was a thick paper or board with the same qualities. I would do my finishes on it.

I've used this paper for nearly twenty years and love it. I use it for B&W ink illustration. It's thin enough to trace through yet will take ink without bleeding or wrinkling. Great price!

Bienfang 360 has been my marker layout paper of choice since 1976 (!) I've tried others but nothing matches the feel and performance. When they go out of business I will be completely computerized.

Probably the best marker pad out there. Takes markers without bleeding on the front side. can use the other side for other styles and techniques. Really Really good. Downside, after lots of marker buildup, the ppaper gets sticky. Probably the markers fault. Other thing is the translucency. Good for tracing but if you ever want to scan in your beatiful renderings, lookslike ass to have a grayish background. Wish they made a pure white marker paper. But all in all very very good.
