I've been hand-tinting black and white portraits for almost ten years, and have never used any other paint remover. Marshall's Marlene is reliable, doesn't harm my photos, and cleans up photo oils exactly where I want it to. It dries quickly and has a very low odor. It also lasts a long time and is very reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust my work to anything else.
