Marshall’s Photo Painting Pencils enhance the details of photographic prints. They are also ideal for making highlights and unusual effects or for adding color to black and white prints.

They are available in three different sets: the Starter Set (nine pencils), the Deluxe Set (14 pencils), and the Tropical Colors set (14 pencils). Each set also includes a one fl. oz. bottle of Marshall's PM Solution (for thinning), cotton, wooden skewer, and an informative instructional booklet.

Now that we have digital camera's and can get pictures printed in black and white anytime these pencils are the perfect answer for photo altering. It is a great form of art. It doesn't require tons of room or equipment and these pencils are very high quality. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you have limited space. Very portable and fun art form.

This set of pencils is wonderful - The color choice can be endless. They can easily be cross-hatched and blend very easily on the photo.

They are great I have so many black and white photos and they really help put the punch in them. I thought they may be to hard to use but just follow the directions and you have beautiful pictures and variations of black and white.

I'm always doing something with crafting and art. I never tried these before. I decided to try as many art projects as I can before my health gets to where I am unable to work with my hands. I'm glad to say that this has now become one of my favorite little hobbies to do. I made all the Christmas cards this year with our picture along with our dog Bowser. The colors are great and I know all the family plans on keeping those cards in their photo album. I intended to buy these before but the price at most stores scared me off a little. Great I found MisterArt. If I ever do get my own little website up I hope to have a link to his site.
