Created as a safe and easy additive to Speedball non-toxic, non-flammable screen printing inks. It can be used in varying ratios depending on the transparent effect desired. It can also be used to extend inks where economy is a factor. For use with water soluble inks only. Recommended for use on paper, cardboard, and dark fabrics.
