The Art Association of Harrisburg
The Art Association of Harrisburg promotes and encourages the visual arts through art exhibitions and art education. Since 1926, the Art Association has provided a program of cultural excellence for the mid-state region, serving both artists and the community through a wide variety of exhibitions and classes. Six invitational exhibitions are held annually, featuring works in all styles and media by area, national, and international artists. The Art Association also offers art classes for students of all ages, for enrichment and enjoyment.
I love the idea behind this product. I use the Redi-Lead to do a stained glass effect on bottles. I would give the product more stars if it had a better adhesive. I have had to resort to using a glue for glass to keep it adhering to the curve of even large bottles, and when making curved shapes; like leaves.
I have used these exact brushes exclusively for over 30 years teaching art to students from kindergarten to college. They hold up extremely well, if washed properly. They also hold a point and can handle a lot of paint at once. If taken care of they can last for years of continuous use. Students appreciate their quality and get much better results with a higher grade of brush, I cannot believe that Loew-Cornell has discontinued making them; so get them while you can find them.
