Paper Cement

Acid free Best-Test Paper Cement is made with a specially-blended and treated formula which uses pure natural white rubber from the Far East. Unlike multi-purpose glues, Best-Test does not shrink or wrinkle the paper when adhering them. In addition to school, drafting, and art uses, it's also used for masking for rubber stamping, balloon decoration, stained glass, scrapbooking, leather craft, and more.

Can be removed or thinned with Bestine Thinner. Note: gallons of Best-Test are sold in cartons of 4 only and must be shipped via motor freight.

The best for working with paper! If needing to mat paper on paper, use on both sheets then press together and they will never move. It works really well, nothing better!

Worked well on paper, but as for use with canvas and paper, it did seal evenly and rolled into a ball.

The best thing about it is that the item you use it on can be removed or repostioned as long as you don't apply Best Test to both surfaces.

I use it for gluing table tennis rubber to the blade. Works well and the odor seems offensive than other rubber cement products.

This is the best cement of its type that we've found! Easy to work with, doesn't curl or ripple the paper, and the price is better than I've found locally.
