These are excellent scissors. I have purchased more expensive scissors that were not nearly as sharp. I use these for cutting ribbon and satin cord and they stay sharp for a long time. I began to use mine for paper cutting and even at that, they still stayed quite sharp. I am very pleased with the quality of these scissors and you certainly can't beat the price!
