The Olfa Art and Craft Knife is the best knife I have used for decoupage. I wish I found this a year ago. It is super for stems on flowers. If you do any paper craft, this is the knife to use.

Olfa makes the best all around cutters, and these are reasonably priced and durable.

I use snap blades for cutting paper and bookboard. This blade is smaller than I had expected it to be, though it does cut as well as the larger blade. The problem is that I must do my cutting for long periods of time, and the smaller handle tires my hand more easily than a larger one. It also does not have a lock to keep the blade in place, so if you press down too hard the blade begins to pull out of the handle. This causes a cut that is not entirely straight. I would recommend considering your needs before deciding on this knife.
