This kiln-dried light wood has a high strength to weight ratio and is the premier wood for all types of modeling projects. It cuts easily with a hobby knife, and may be painted or stained to represent any type of wood. Midwest Balsa has a natural, light color.

this is the best balsa at the best price on the net. i built doll house furniture with it and all of them turned out great and look really nice. this wood is so easy to work with and it comes in so many sizes that you cant go wrong with it.
