The best "primer" coat for models and sculpture: covers well in one or two coats; is a bright white; is sandable. Great stuff.

This is the BEST final primer coat for resin model horses that I have seen! It's sandable, and creates the PERFECT surface for pastelling OR acrylics.

This product is superb for spraying a model that you want to paint. Covers beautifully and gives a smooth finish. Wouldn't be without now.

This gesso is *fantastic*... I've been preparing my own panels for oils for years, brushing on gesso, sanding, brushing... I do quick oil sketches on paper... and am told by WN tech department that the acids in the oil paint will eat away the paper in "about eight years." (25 years for unprimed canvas.) Three coats of this spray on a sheet of paper creates completely stops oils and thinners from getting to the paper. (I know that because there's no "bleed through" that's evident on untreated paper...)

Now that I've found this is available in a spray I won't go back to brushing it on.

I like the spray for most smooth hard surfaces. I prefer brush on for canvas. Good price on gesso and shipping.
