Calli is an acrylic based range of pigmented water resistant inks designed specifically for use in calligraphy, where flow characteristics from the pen or brush are essential. Calli inks have excellent color strength and are produced in a restricted range of five colors, although each is fully intermixable with the others. 1 oz. bottle.

These inks are one of the best you can purchase. I prefer the black. It is very dark and waterproof. It flows from the nib, and stays put.

This ink is best for use in large pens or brushes. The colors are more intense and more opaque than most 'calligraphy' inks. I mostly like to use it for posters.

The best ink I know. The black is really black and it does not clog any fountain pen. I use it in Techincal pens, Art Pens and fountain pens. The "Burgundi" is really nice.

I purchased this ink without really knowing how it would perform. I am impressed with the way it flows so evenly on the paper! Calli ink is my favorite so far...

Purchased this ink in burgandy to do a 'for-hire' job writing the inside and outside envelopes for 200 wedding invitations. I was hopeful for a very DEEP burgandy tone. This ink is slightly more red than burgandy. The flow is VERY good. It worked very well in a calli nib, but found it excellent in a scribe nib as well. It clung well to the nib and flowed evenly. I would purchase this product again.

These are great inks. They are brilliant and rich colors that flow very easily from the pen. I have these in Burgandy (which is more red than a true burgandy, but still beuatiful), Green (which looks blue green in the bottle but comes off the pen as a rich forest green) and Blue. I would not hesitate to repurchase these.
