These Refill Leads fit the complete range of Pentel Mechanical Pencils. The composition of the hi-polymer lead is synthetic resin, graphite, and carbon, which give a very strong and flexible lead.

Each tube contains 12 leads.

the leads are brittle, compared to graphite leads from the same maker, but they get the job done

I don't know of any other mechanical pencil lead worth using. Uniform consistency; it erases cleaner than the graphite/clay leads in regular 2mm-lead pencils; and is beautifully smooth, even the hard 4H.

0.3 leads are great for drafting, making geological cross sections, math homework or anything that requires writing really really small. I use them all the time now.

These leads are great, they work perfectl in my Koh-I-Noor Rapidomatic .3 mechanical pencil. They dont break in the case which is great because I break the lead enought alone.

Pentel makes the best leads I've ever used. They glide on extremely smoothly, are very easy to control, don't destroy your paper, and erase nicely, too. My only gripe with them is that there aren't more sizes and grades available here. I'd love a 6B and 6H and more grades in the .03mm leads too. These leads also blend nicely.
