The Pentel Color Brush is an ink-filled nylon brush tip pen that produces thick and thin lines. The brightly colored liquid ink flows easily, dries quickly, and produces transparent watercolor effects.

The ink-filled brush is a convenient, portable alternative to traditional brushes and ink. It’s ideal for sketching and painting on location.

Refill cartridges are also available. They are economical and earth-friendly.

I thought I would try the black brush for inking instead of the Staedtler pigment liners I normally use. It was more difficult to control than a real brush because it doesn't have bristles. I suppose I could learn to use it if I practiced. These would be good for painting, tho...

Only show them off to people you can trust... Or in my case, guard them. Starving artists will covet them with envy! =P The thief decided to disappear and live in fear for my set. Start using one and you'll know why. The control is amazing! Consistent fine lines, precise color fill-ins... Unlike a felt tip ink marker, you can overlap colors for blending. It almost seems like these pens are a well-kept secret.

These pens work very well and I use them primarily after I complete a work done in water colors. Love the brush and the fact that this pen is refillable. I have recommended this product to several of my artist friends.

This is a wonderful invention and it works SO well too. The portable brush. It is dark black (other colors too) and responsive. I can get some values as well. Had one years ago, lost it and now I have MisterArt.com to thank for making it available to me and others. Enjoy, you won't be sorry you tried it.

I've tried inking with brushes but wanted to find some type of marker like a brush. This brush came recommended thru an artist community so i tried it out. I really love this brush! It's super fluid and you can control line weight with ease! I'll definitely be buying more of these brushes!!
