I was shocked at how much I like this paper. I originally ordered it as "test" paper to test out new markers and pencils. I actually had no idea it was charcoal paper. I have since tested it with my charcoals and love it. I will re-order this product.

The texture is kind of funky to work with and the paper is a bit more yellow than I expected, but I've produced some of my best work with this paper and I'm glad I have it!

I wish they didn't stop making the Strathmore 500 series pastel pads in Black! It was my favorite paper to draw on. Please manufacture...start making it again!
