These are my favorite brushes for painting fine details. I use them with inks, watercolors, acrylics and ceramic glazes.

I love the black velvet series brushes, they hold tons of water , and release it gently when the brush touches the paper. also they have a great spring to them , they return to their shape with very little coaxing

I have used these brushes for many years, and they are of consistent high quality. They hold a great deal, as any good mop brush, but they point too, and that sets them apart from most.
Rated by: Ann D. in Goleta, CA
This is my favorite brush for watercolor. I can complete entire paintings using only the one brush. My #8 3000S has been in use since 1996!
Rated by: Jan D. in Canfield, OH
These are better than Kolinsky sable to me, they hold paint better and let it go in a very controlled manner. If you need a great overall brush this is it. With one brush you could conceivably eliminate the rest of the brushes you carry now!
Rated by: Cathy F. in Seattle, WA
I love these brushes. Although they are more for the watercolorist, I use them for detail work with acrylics and like the way they hold their tips, are easy to clean and last a long time.

This series of brushes are the best I've ever tried of the blends that are available on the market today. They load wonderfully and give you lots of color wash power!
