I bought one. It worked for only a few days, then it would no longer adjust the heat. It would only heat on high. I then bought a second one, thinking the next one would be fine. This one didn't heat up at all! Poorly constructed. Do not waste your money on one.

I am recommending this tool to everyone who cares to listen! After using it for 5 minutes, I threw out my old wood burner. The handle stays cooler and is FAR more comfortable to hold! Even though this is the most expensive in this product line, I think it is a real bargain for any multi-media crafter. The extra, unusual tips solved two crafty problems I've had -- cutting foam core cleanly and embossing velvet without burning myself -- and I wasn't even looking for solutions to those when I decided to buy a new wood burner.
