Sculpey products are fantastic! I make 3-D sculptures and buy in bulk. I wish there were color choices in larger amounts at fairly decent prices but until that's available, I'll use the basic sculpey happily and paint the end results to my liking. I like to mix the softer terra cotta with the white for a nice firm sculpting material. Original terra cotta sculpey is very much like earth based clays in its texture. It has a tendency to show fingerprints easily though as it softens more and more the warmer your hands get.

It was a little difficult for my 6 year old niece to get softened, but once we did it worked as described. Quick baking time and lots of possiblities.

This is a great product, I learn more ways to play with it each time I use it.

nice to find a larger size at a half way decent price. To bad basic colors are not available in the larger sizes right now too. Keep up the great prices and the shipping is the best. Don't shop for my art supplies anywhere else online. Well not so far anyway LOL

This clay is wonderful. I hate messes from crafts and even never liked my children playing with playdough because of all its crumbles. All four of my children (age 10 and under) worked with this to do Christmas gifts. The clay was easy for them to use, didn't make a mess, cooked properly to harden, painted well and they have some nice pieces of art to give to special friends and relatives. What we didn't use, is still soft and we can bag it and use some other day. Good value, good product and good fun.

MY FOUR YEAR OLD SON AND I LOVE MAKING CHARITERS FOR HIS IMAGINARY MIDEVIL CITY. LOTS OF FUN. AND VERY EASY. P.S. RECENTLY, HAD TO SPLINT MY THUMB FOR COUPLE WEEKS AFTER AN INJERY. THE CONSISTENCY OF THE CLAY WAS PERFECT THEROPY FOR MY HAND.

I THINK THIS CLAY IS THE BEST,ITS NOT HARD TO WORK WITH AND ITS VERY SOFT.

Sculpey's still the best. Easy to work with before and after baking. Paint with acrylics and seal with matte spray for great results.

This is the best! Easy to use, pliable, durable, paintable. Easy to clean up with isopropal alcohol or window cleaner.

I love this product. I use it every summer in my art camp. The kids love it. We bake it the same day, and it is ready to paint or whatever!

My daughter really enjoys using Sculpey products for her 3D art projects. The only caveat I can pass along is to never attempt to harden items in a toaster oven!

This clay is very easy to work with and stays soft even if you leave it out.

This clay is very nice to work with, the only problem is when you bake it you must be very careful that there are no pieces that are not entirely molded to the main piece. They will break off during baking or shortly after.

Great product. Very pliable. After baked, sand lightly for a perfect painting surface.
