Two pens in one! Permanent and waterproof pen has two points - one fine and one extra fine. The nibs are durable, long lasting, and the ink writes on most surfaces. Great for autographing.

Product Questions and Answers

Can you use Identipen on ceramics and fire them in a kiln?

- Asked by Janet on 24-May-14
Answer

Indentipen is only permanent on non-porous surfaces and is not recommended for ceramics that are washed. Try Pebeo's Porcelaine 150 Markers designed specifically for ceramics and heat-setting in a domestic oven.

- Answered by MisterArt on 28-May-14

- Asked by judy abusamra on 13-Dec-12

The Identipen Markers by Sakura are not acid-free. These markers contain alcohol solvents.

These pens were recommended to me by a professional orchid raiser. When the plants are marked and hung outside the marks don't fade due to weather, heat, rain, etc. They're the best and better than their competition by far.

These markers are the best on the market. They truly are permanent and great for signing art, wood and about anything you can get your hands on. These are fairly hard to find so I would suggest to buy them now.I absolutely love these pens!!!

Sakura pens are wonderful and made with more quality than most. I encourage you to try these as well as all of the others they make. The colors are stunning and the ink is perfect for a variety of art projects.

The absolute best marking pen for all your tools ... marks clearly and permanently on plastic, metal, and glass. I can't be without it.

I am a doll maker, and this is the one pen I trust for detailing faces on fabric without bleeding. I live in a small town in Wy., and was thrilled to find your website. It was easy to navigate and shipping was fast. Save me a 2 hour drive!

My wife and I are avid gardeners. We have used numerous marking pens on our metal and plastic plant labels in the garden. Most pens wash out or fade quickly in this Oregon climate. Identipen is the only marker that lasts and lasts in the rain and sun. It also makes a good gift for our gardening friends.

Very, very high quality permanent marking pens in a range of wonderful colors. Give up the nail polish marker and mark your work and craft tools and sewing notions with these pens. I haven't used my metal engraving tool since I bought these. The gold and silver pens, especially, can make wondenful embellishments on paper, fabric and other surfaces.

These pens are absolutely wonderful - their colors are true, bright and permanent. My daughter and I enjoyed decorating glass with them and were able to detail our drawings with use of both points. I highly recommend their use.

These are some of the few pens that are truely permanent on most surfaces. I use them on plastic sheets when tracing a design and have to say I would'nt be able to work without them. I highly recommend these pens.
