When cleaning oil and acrylic paints off of my brushes, should I soak them before rinsing and if so how long do I soak them before rinsing?- Asked by Nell on 12-Jun-14
First, be sure to clean the brushes in the appropriate solvent depending on the type of paint being used. Next, apply the Mona Lisa Pink Soap and work excess paint from the bristles. Soaking is not required, but bristles may be soaked in Pink Brush Soap without damage. Avoid keeping handles in liquid for extended periods of time. After rinsing off the brushes, leave a small amount of Pink Brush Soap in the bristles to condition, and rinse them again before use.- Answered by MisterArt on 16-Jun-14
