Vibrant and brightly-colored, The French School opaque water-based gouache paints can be applied directly from the tube or thinned with water for transparent watercolor effects. These versatile, easy-to-use paints are ideal for students and artists of all ages. An excellent choice for color theory instruction and other educational purposes. They can be used on a wide variety of surfaces, including paper, hardboard, plastic, wood, and metal. Certain colors are less opaque than others. Washable and non-toxic.

Set of 10 in a case with brush contains one 10 ml tube of each bright orange, bright white, burnt sienna, deep violet, ivory black, permanent green, primary blue, ultramarine blue, primary yellow, and primary red.

Set of 20 in a case with a brush contains one 10 ml tube of each ultramarine blue, primary yellow, primary red, bright white, burnt sienna, deep violet, ivory black, permanent green, primary blue, bright orange, lemon yellow, vermilion red, rose magena, carmine red, yellow ochre, cobalt blue hue, turquoise blue, light green, emerald green, and burnt umber.

Very good quality for this price.The colours are mixing great.I use this set to paint postcards with blossom flowers and I can obtain any colour of this beautiful season. You can also clean them in record time when finishing the work and they don't dry even if you keep them open.
