Is this the best product to create a faux-stained glass design for a window? I need a product that will stand up to sunlight for a number of years without becoming brittle or yellowing. - Asked by julie H. on 15-Mar-14
Answer
Dura-Lar is not meant for this purpose but is intended for overlays etc. in a studio setting. We recommend Gallery Glass paint. Once Gallery Glass is painted and dry, it may be peeled off and stuck back down like a "cling-on." Plaid rates Gallery Glass paints a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the most lightfast. - Answered by MisterArt on 17-Mar-14How do you cut this material? - Asked by sb on 09-Jan-14

These two products would be about the same. It depends on how are you trying to protect it. If it's for storage, the glassine is what most people use, as it is acid-free. - Answered by MisterArt on 28-May-13Can the "Clear With Adhesive Backing" be used in laser or inkjet printers? - Asked by Patrice on 18-Jan-13
