Archival quality hinging tape is perfect for hinging window mat to mounting mat, repairing books and reinforcing folders and envelopes. Tape is made with strong, acid free, high thread count cotton and an acrylic adhesive that is permanent, non-yellowing and stable over time. The pressure sensitive adhesive works without the water mess. Remove with mineral spirits. White.

I had not used any type of linen hinging tape before. This tape worked great for my project and very easy to use. I used it to hinge together two pieces of foam core board to make a protective folder for ledger size maps. I also used it to hinge together about 12 sheets of poster board that were part of a family history photo display to create a bound scrapbook to keep as a memento. As far as service-it was great and item ordered arrived quickly. I will order again from MisterArt.com.

This stuff works great! I bought this to repair artist sketch books I have. I had used some other linen tapes. The other was activated with water and was kind of messy and spotted the book a little. This self adhesive gummed tape looks better. There is more per roll and the 1.25 inch size is perfect. It is clean and is acid free. I repaired 5 bindings (front and back) and still have plenty left. It was shipped fast too. A great buy!
