This brown quill is handmade in France and Germany by highly specialized brush makers. This lettering quill is an esssential tool in every sign painter's kit. The brown quill is best suited for smooth surfaces such as glass or automotive surfaces. Brown quills are slightly softer than the grey quills.

I bought these brushes for my cousin in Canada. He has been unable to get these brushes from his usual supplier in Quebec. He couldn't get over the price nor quatlity of your brushes. I will be purchasing more for him in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the service and quality you have presented. I will be a return customer. The quill brushes I purchased are the best I've seen in over 20 years. So is the price ! The only small concern was the shipping took a bit too long.

The brown quill I received did not perform well--paint flow was not as smooth as it needed to be. I had to switch to an old gray quill to complete the job. Delivery and price were excellent.
