Neopaque Colors

These light body, opaque acrylics are designed to cover dark backgrounds with a light application. On light backgrounds they produce a subtle “designer palette” alternative to a more intense color scheme.

Neopaque Colors can be painted, stenciled, screen printed, airbrushed (when diluted), and stamped. The colors apply easily and smoothly and adhere to untreated fabrics and supports – wood, canvas, paper, and natural or synthetic fabrics from lightweight silk to denim and leather.

Neopaque colors can be diluted with water up to 25%. When fixed with a dry iron, they become fully washable, dry-cleanable, and light fast.

The colors are available in 2.25 oz. jars.

These are required for a stamping class at the Houston Quilt Festival this fall. The paints lay on the surface, but do not damage the hand of the fabric.

These paints were perfect for the job at hand. They covered with one coat and went on easily and washed off the paintbrushes very easily with just water.

I love these paints! They are very high quality and cover very well. I use them to paint on a relatively rough-textured hemp fabric and they perform very well. You can also dilute them with water to get a washed look and they dry true to form. I've gotten nothing but compliments on the items I've used this paint on.
