The Melissa & Doug Deluxe Standing Easel for Kids is constructed of solid wood. It has a generously-sized chalkboard on one side and a dry-erase board on the other. Both boards measure 23 1/2 in. x 21 in. and are perfect for projects large and small.

The easel comes with a colorful paint tray (23 1/2 in. x 6 1/4 in.) with four cup holders; an extra-large tray (23 1/2 in. x 4 3/4 in.) for holding chalk, eraser, and other materials; a locking paper roll holder; a paper tear off guide; and four large, multi-colored clips.

The easel measures 27 in. x 26 in. x 47 in. tall and folds up easily for convenient storage. Both boards and trays are adjustable to three heights – 13 1/2 in., 17 1/4 in., and 21 in. for the trays; 17 1/4 in., 21 in., and 24 1/4 in. for the board bases – so the easel can adapt to fit children as they grow!

Value-priced, easy-loading, premium quality paper roll is sold separately.

The easel went together very nicely but the chalk board is terrible to right on the chalk won't even hardly show.

We bought this for my daughter for Xmas and we all love it. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. The 3 height option means that it will grow with her and the paper roll means she has a nice, large size canvas available whenever inspiration strikes.

I have not actually seen this easel myself(only reason I did not give top rating), but my son and wife tell me my granddaughter loves it and what a great choice we made to give it to her for her 7th birthday.
