Wooden Float Frames suspend images smaller than frame size between two clear sheets of glass so that they seem to be floating in air. They’re perfect for dramatically framing photographs, art, and flat collectibles such as postcards, trading cards, vintage ads, etc.

The frames are constructed of solid wood and are available in either black or walnut color. They have a 13/16 in. profile. Smaller sizes (5 1/2 in. x 13 in., 6 in. x 8 in., and 8 in. x 10 in.) come with a removable easel for tabletop display.

I love these. Outstanding for the price. I bought several of all sizes and they have worked great for mounting ancient manuscript pages (where you want to be able to look at both sides). Wish you could get them with archival-quality glass, but it isn't too hard to buy pieces cut to size at most frameries.

These frames are made of solid wood and are very good looking. The quality of the actual frame is quite nice, although the pre-drilled holes in the back for attaching the hangers do not line up at all on any of the three frames I purchased.

They are exactly as shown and nice product. I didn't think through these frames properly. I should have ordered a larger size than the pictures I have and then the photos could have "floated" in the frame properly. I hope someone benefits from this and doesn't make the same mistake. They are nice as is but the point of the dual pieces of glass is lost when the picture fills it. I can see these with photo floating inside the glass frame with glass "matting" around it and perhaps hanging on wires from the ceiling. Amazing look for the price and a great idea IMO.

Frame is decent for the price, but the wood can scratch easily so you have to be very gentle when handling it.
