I thought it would be fun to make Mother's Day keepsakes for both grandmas. The kit contains only enough cement for one tile, so if you plan to make more than one, definitely get the cement refill at the same time. Also get the gem refill packets (also sold on this site) because the starter kit doesn't really have very many stones in it. My 1-year old didn't really understand how to make a handprint, so it took several attempts. The good news is that if you don't like the first attempt, you can smooth it over and try again. It didn't really start to harden for about 1/2 hour or so, and cured completely within 2-3 days. I made them on a Thursday, shipped the following Monday and both arrived safely at their destinations with no breakage.

Great product! We purchased 2 so that we could make one of each of our children - Our 2 yr old LOVED it - was able to do it with little help from mom!! Our 6 month old, obviously couldn't do much - but her little feet prints are now in our garden! Very nice!! A+++

THIS STEPPING STONE IS AWSOME. I HAVE ONE WITH MY LITTLE BOY'S HAND PRINT. I HAVE ALSO GIVEN IT TO HIS GRANDPARENTS AS GIFTS WITH HIS HAND PRINT. THEY LOVED IT. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE SHIPPING TIME IT TOOK.
