Daler-Rowney System 3 Acrylic paints are ideal for art, craft and design projects in colleges and schools. They are also ideal for the amateur and professional painter using color in large quantities. Only high quality pigments are used to make System 3 Acrylics, with a greater loading than other colors in their class. 250 ml tubes are perfect for painting large expanses like murals, theatrical scenery, etc. For the fine artists all System 3 colors are available in 75 ml tubes.

I Love these paints. I've used them lots during the 1960's and 70's. They are very difficult to find, but MisterArt.com has them. They have survived the storm.

These paints work great for painting anime/cartoon fancels. They are thick and easy to mix. They work on fabric as well.

I ordered three paint tubes. Not only did the paints arrive in a box, but there was also extra packaging. This is good to know when you order art supplies, because my supplies were given protection.

These are very versatile acrylics. They have a slightly heavy body quality that makes them excellent for texture painting. They can be easliy thinned with water or acrylic mediums for glazing. I like the fluorscent colors the best because these colors are a bit hard to find with most brands. The colors are brilliant and fairly light fast.

Pleasantly thick paints in wonderful flourescent colors. A peppy background for oils or in combination with gouache.

Short on cash I decided to try a few tubes of System-3 and was sorely disappointed. In comparison to the student and artist grade paints, System-3, was too thin and difficult to mix,the color selection is limited, and over all the colors lacked vibrancy. In particular the primary color red on a canvas looked flat and more mauve pink than a usable primary colored red. The only really redeeming quality of this paint is that it's cheap and some people love it. I prefer a thicker more full bodied paint for my acrylic work as it's easier to work with.

Just like the description says, these acrylics are absolutely perfect for large works. They are easy to use, inexpensive, mix well, have reliable color and are all available at the same price per tube. Perfect!

These paints are not as thin and easily applied as some of the higher-end paints, but they're incredible for the price. There is a large selection of colors, and when used with an acrylic medium, these imitate the performance of paints which cost 2-3 times as much.

Great price. I've had 2 tubes (purple and black) that were runny, but that was easily solved. The larger jars I've ordered were perfect.
