The product was a disappointment. Following directions to the letter it was still difficult to seal and would only maintain a tight seal for a few hours. Though it was a good transport vehicle and better than leaving my palette in open air, my (oil) paint inside the Masterson Seal only maintained a workable consistency for 3 days Given that I live in an area with high humidity I had hoped for and expected a much longer period of time.

This is possibly the best tool I have ever come across! This is such an excellent way to preserve those mixed colors for the duration of the time I work on a painting. I just love this.

I was having problems keeping my acrylic paints from drying until I bought one of these palette seals. If I don't have a chance to paint for a few days, my paints are still there, fresh and ready.

I can't say enough good things about MASTERSON (Sealable) Artist Palette, it keeps my paint ready to use for days. I highly recomend it for any one who wants to keep their paint ready for use at all times.

Between want and need, this merits a "need" lable. The airtight seal keeps the paints fresh/moist, ready for the next session. I carry it to class, with my colors mixed and ready to paint. No mess to clean up and fits inside my trolley cart.

I love this product. I take classes at the Art League in Alexandria, and the palette seal makes it easy for me to transport my palette with out making a mess of my car. The airtight seal extends the life of my oil paints too!

I was disappointed with this product. I'm an artist and a mother to a 7 month old so I needed a palette that really is airtight since I rarely get more than an hour to paint at a time. I used it with acrylics and they were dry the next day. The instructions mention some sort of wet sponge you need to get if you're using acrylics, but this wasn't clear when I bought it. It's also large and a bit unwieldy. I'm going to keep looking for a better palette!

does not hold a seal, the lid warps.
