John Sanden is one of America's best known portrait painters. After founding The Portrait Institute in 1974, he began touring the nation, teaching his ideas and techniques to thousands. I tried the Student Collection for use in a portrait class. The instructor, while borrowing my Silverstone bright to make some marks, remarked, "Hey, nice brush."
