I've been using these for ceramic paints and they've worked great. I even put wax resist in them and that has worked fairly well -- sometimes they clog, but I think it's understandable. Works best for thin paints.

I actually use the Jacquard Silk Painting bottles and tips for my watercolors. I just add water to the watercolor in the bottle, and I apply like I am using a pen. The uneven quality to my lines makes my watercolors unique-they do not look mechanical or contrived. I use the 5 milimeter tip (the smallest) for most of the applications. These little bottles have opened a new dimension for me in the use of watercolor. I am delighted to have found them.

JACQUARD Silk Painting Accessories are very helpful, you can use any color in the bottles, so you can create your own choice of color for outlining. The different sizes can give you different looks when outlining.

I ordered the .5,.7,and.9 mm tips and three of the plastic bottles. The price, including shipping was under $13. I use these to apply henna, and they are absolutely wonderful. If you can't seem to get the hang of carrot bags,or cones,like me, you can still apply beautiful henna designs. You will probably not find these cheaper anywhere else, certainly not from a henna supplier. I highly reccomend these!

The best way to apply any adhesive and so much more I imagine. This may help, for everyone wondering what the applicator tip sizes look like. The .009 size opening is a bit larger then a fancy (large colored ball top) sewing pin. The pin fits in loose, yet well enough to act as a stopper. My guess is that the .007 might be a snug fit.

These bottles make outlining and writing with paint very effortless. The flow is easy to control and the tips are relatively easy to clean.

I bought these to use for applying glue and they worked great - the only problem was that the bottles that are from the same company provide no way to put a cap on the tip once it is in use. I found inserting a standard pin into the tip works as a stopper , but would have preferred that the company had a solution that worked.

An excellent product at an as yet unbeaten price for Mehndi Artists. The soft sides of the bottle make it ideal for high levels of control, and the removable plug that fits with the tips makes refilling and cleaning much easier. All and all a quality product at an excellent price.
