What kind of glass does this work with? - Asked by Shortie on 07-Jun-13
Answer
This product is geared to windows, mirrors, and household glassware. - Answered by MisterArt on 10-Jun-13What is the shelf-life of this stuff? - Asked by Connie W on 17-Oct-12
Answer
According to the manufacturer, the shelf life is three years. If the top has been on tight, it should be okay, but if tiny crystals have formed, you should put the jar in a pan of warm water, (don't get water in the actual etching cream, or it will neutralize it) and the warmth should break up the crystals. - Answered by MisterArt on 10-Jan-13Can you etch metal with this also? - Asked by Don Baxter on 13-Sep-12
Answer
The Armour etch is suggested for windows, mirrors, and household glassware. This is not recommended for metal surfaces. - Answered by MisterArt on 10-Oct-12Ask a Question About Glass Etching Cream
