Product Questions and Answers

Can Mona Lisa Gold Leaf Adhesive be used in a dip or calligraphy pen for letter illumination?

- Asked by Scott Parsons on 18-Feb-14

This adhesive is used to apply gold leaf foil. If needing gold ink, try Calligraphy Ink by Winsor Newton as it is formulated not to clog the pen.

The water based adhesive is so easy to use. There is no guess work when it is ready to use...it goes from milky white to clear. No dangerous fumes unlike the old Japan gold leaf size.
