For my very detailed paper collage, these don't have a fine enough edge and the blades are thicker is useful. I admit to being finicky about my tools, so these are probably fine for others.

These scissors are great for detail cutting. They are sharp and sturdy. The one thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars from me is that it could have been better cushioned. Misterart.com packages each order securely and ships quickly.
