I wish I would have gotten one of these long ago, it's great! Paint stays workable for days and the paper is very sturdy and can be used over and over again.

I order this for a Christmas gift for my mom because she said she wanted one. She said it will come in handy and help her as she paints. My mom's hobby is painting and she's a graphic artist for her town newspaper. She loves to paint w/ arcylic and water colors. She spends several days painting and this product will help her to save her paint she's using for these days on the painting she's doing.

The Masterson palette, sponge and palette liners are invaluable in saving your acrylics or oil paints from drying on the palette between painting sessions. I can attest that I have been able to keep my acrylics wet and usable for 2 - 3 weeks—as long as the sponge is wet, and the palette’s lid is tightly replaced between sessions. I have never had any system as useful as this one. It is truly a godsend. Although the paint and sponge will remain wet for weeks, it is important to remember during lengthy projects to wash and rinse the sponge often—especially if you are sensitive to mold and mildew—or else the sponge will mold. I have used a diluted bleach solution on my palette’s sponge with no problem whatsoever. I have saved a great deal of money on my paints since using this palette system; there is virtually no paint that must be thrown away from drying out.

I LOVE this palette. I've had trouble figuring out how to paint without wasting so much paint (not having had the benefit of any painting class or video) and this is perfect. I have just ordered a second one so that I don't have to "flow over" onto paper plates with extra colors or mixes. These are handy to hold while painting too.

This is a great little palette! It is really neat because the paper is so durable, it won't tear and you can actually wash it off and reuse it. I like that I can store my paints for so long and they are still wet when I get back to them.

I love these Sta-Wet Palettes! I have a large one also, but this smaller size is just perfect for most of my jobs. The paint really stays wet without any waste. I just ordered one for my friend in Italy too. Every painter should have one.

Found these palettes to be great for saving china paints which are mixed with media and stay moist on the tile in the palette. You are the only source I could locate for the product.
