Scottish Photographic Federation
Founded in 1903, the Scottish Photographic Federation (SPF) is a non-profit-making body which includes in its objects the discovery, promotion and protection of amateur photography throughout Scotland, and is the only body recognized by international agencies as representing the interests of Scottish Camera Clubs on a national basis. Most Scottish Camera Clubs are affiliated to the SPF and thus participate together, and against each other, in inter-Club, National and International Competitions.
I apply these paints in small plastic bottles and add a metal tip to outline and apply. The only thing I dislike is you never know which color will change to a different color after baking. Mostly I use the Pebeo 150. I find they do not change color after baking. Another problem is they do not have it in white, first time I used what looked like white, it turned ivory and even looked more yellow than ivory. I just wish there were more art suppliers who carry it. Most of the time I order it.
I loved it and was trying to replace it after a fire and water damage to my apartment.
Unfortunately, I had a difficult time locating it anywhere on internet and it wasn't at Walmart anymore. Hence, I OVER purchased the "Carolina Pad U create" 22x 28 in. that was flimsy and two of them cracked into pieces in the car during winter.--Ouch
The "Wipe-on Wipe Off" Carolina Pad is much much better: a nice size, easy to attach to the wall and likewise easy to remove with simple tape.
Great idea, poor execution. Once a photo has been burnished on to the adhesive, per manufacturer's instructions, lifting the photo off to transfer to mounting board yields often long, gooey, sticky web-like strands of adhesive that have a tendency to wrap around to, and stick to, front of photo. It leaves what is essentially an irreparable mess, even when using utmost care. Also, unless burnishing print to adhesive is done with rather extraordinary force, I've found it difficult to get the adhesive to stick to more than about 90% of the print's back.
